How to Sponsor

How to Sponsor

Anyone can help us out with promotion by sharing posts across social media outlets. Sponsorship is a bigger way to contribute.

We are currently seeking sponsors who can provide games for streamers to play and promote during the event. By providing 10-25 full game product keys or add-on/DLC keys they can be used to stream and promote the game as well as be given out as part of the incentive for charity. We can work with the team to guarantee the game gets played, as long as it is appropriate for most audiences.

We also accept physical products for giveaways, or a direct donation through Tiltify.

Sponsor Promotion

Sponsors can provide a square or banner graphic no smaller than 180×120. It can be animated for up to 5 seconds. Most sponsors use their company logo or game cover art. This image will be used in our logo rotation on the overlay, as well as overlay the top left corner of the sponsor commercial.

Sponsors who donate 10+ keys can also send us a video no longer than 15 seconds, which will play in one or more clusters alongside other sponsor videos. Showcasing gameplay and 720 or 1080pi is best for the video format we use. No audio is needed as we mute individual games and overlay it with soft holiday themed music.

All sponsor graphics and video clips must be appropriate for most audiences.

Sponsors who provide $500 game key value, 500$+ of physical products or contribute 500$ to the event can have a panel at the bottom of the Twitch page with a link of their choosing. An extended clip in the Sponsor video, and a chatbot command that will mention their game or product in the Twitch chat.

We would need all assets and materials by October 30th so we have time to finalize edits on the sponsor video. After the 30th, sponsors are still welcome. We can add a logo to our rotation at any time, but won’t be able to add new videos after the 30th.

Sponsor Streaming

We love having developers on streams with us! If you are interested in a Q&A style stream, let the person who contacted you know and we will schedule you with one of our streamers. If you would like to stream your game yourself you can fill out the streamer signup here: 12daysofindie.com/signups/ Just add a note that you are a developer next to your name so we schedule you before other streamers.
